To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Sale or clearance items
Perishable goods (if applicable)
Custom or personalized items

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if damaged or defective).
Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Do not send items back without approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
